新华社莫斯科5月4日电(记者安晓萌)俄罗斯联邦航空运输署4日说,已经吊销400多名不合规俄罗斯飞行员的执照。

俄联邦航空运输署官员当天接受今日俄罗斯通讯社采访时说,联邦航空运输署的行动合法且合理,他们不应继续执飞,因为这关乎乘客安危。吊销执照针对的是那些先前递交虚假材料的飞行员,例如提供虚假健康证明和飞行时长证明等。

另据俄罗斯《生意人报》报道,航空业内人士担忧,联邦航空运输署近期可能吊销大约1000名飞行员的飞行执照,业内或损失四分之一飞行员。一些飞行员和业内人士已向国际民用航空组织递交请愿书,请求制止俄联邦航空运输署的“霸道”行为,而国际民航组织认为,这一问题应由俄罗斯自行解决。

俄罗斯运输部长索科洛夫先前说,俄罗斯民航领域不存在飞行员短缺的问题,每年大约有1000名飞行员专业的学生毕业。而据今日俄罗斯通讯社报道,飞行员短缺问题几年前已经出现,俄罗斯2014年出台规定,允许外籍飞行员执飞俄罗斯民航班机。
